DrumLine Battle is scheduled to return for the 2016 Virginia International Tattoo!

Celebrating their 20th anniversary, the Virginia International Tattoo welcomes more than 900 performers from eight countries who will share their unique music, dance, culture and pride with the Tattoo audience. Expect international military bands and rifle displays, highland dancers and loads of pipes and drums!

DrumLine Battle is a program of Drum Corps International that showcases percussion ensembles of any instrumentation and skill level year-round, spotlighting their unique talents and creativity in a high energy face-to-face competition. With drummers from Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States, you can expect some exciting DrumLine Battles this year at the Virginia International Tattoo! The Scope Plaza will be packed with be lively music and dancing, craft beer and tasty treats.

Each DrumLine Battle takes place immediately prior to each performance of the Virginia International Tattoo.
